With the scenic village of Tala and marvel at the Ayios Neophytos monastery with its impressive Byzantine frescoes dating back to the 12th century and admire the stunning enclosure the hermit carved into the mountain himself.

Following on, we’ll journey to Letymbou village to visit Sophia’s traditional house. We’ll watch her prepare fresh halloumi cheese and clay oven-baked bread and sit down to enjoy a traditional Cypriot brunch with Cyprus coffee.

We’ll cap off the day with  wine tasting experience at a nearby village where we’ll be introduced to the region’s finest wines. We will visit two wineries. Perfect blend of culture, gastronomy and scenic beauty, leaving you with unforgettable memories
